Sorors Receive Doctoral Degrees in 2017

Former members of Chapel Hill-Carrboro Area Alumnae Chapter received their doctoral degrees during the spring commencement season.

Soror Annice Fisher (left), received her Ph.D. in Education from Harvard University and Soror Leslie Grinage (right), received her Ph.D. from Vanderbilt University. Congratulations Sorors!

 

 

 

 

 


UNC School of Medicine celebrated Spring Medical Alumni Weekend and Milestone Reunions April 13-14 and welcomed a new era in Medical Alumni Association leadership.

Congratulations to CHCAA chapter member, Dr. Katrina Howard Avery (below, center), ’91, pictured center, as she was named the first ever African-American president of the UNC Medical Alumni Association! We are so proud!
