Chapel Hill-Carrboro Area Alumnae Chapter is a member of the Sensational South Atlantic Regional Conference (SAR) of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

SAR consists of Bermuda and the states of North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.
